Pool / Lanai Area

Outside there is a beautiful south-west facing mesh screened (not overlooked), heated (optional extra), 30’ x 15’ swimming pool with underwater lighting. The deck area has a patio table, chairs and the best quality pool-side furniture. A ceiling fan is also fitted in the lanai for the added comfort of that cooling breeze. A pool cover is available for use, this maintains the water temperature on the cooler nights saving the use of pool heat.  Please note the child safety screen around the pool is not shown in the photographs.
