This superbly designed villa, completed in 2003, is situated in the prestigious development of Tuscan Ridge, just off Highway 27, and only 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport.

The villa is very spacious with over 2000 sq ft of living area, all on one level.  All rooms are air-conditioned, with the main living areas, the two large bedrooms and lanai being also fitted with ceiling fans, maintaining a comfortable atmosphere all year round.  It sleeps a maximum of 10 people (1 roll away bed).

There are two separate sitting rooms, a formal dining area, a luxury master bedroom suite with its own pool access, further double bedroom and bathroom, twin bedded room and triple bunk bedroom ideal for children.  Exquisite furnishings are complemented by a well-equipped kitchen offering every modern convenience, bed linen and towels, full laundry facilities and a baby high chair and cot.

The villa has been equipped with comfort, relaxation and fun in mind.  There is cable TV on all four television sets, including a 32” screen in the lounge, DVD and video players, Playstation 2 and games, while for the more energetic there are racquets available for use at the development’s on-site tennis court.

The 30’ x 15’ pool is not overlooked and offers the perfect way to cool off on those hot summer days.  It can also be heated (at optional extra cost) to provide a comfortable temperature for year-round holidays.  The pool faces west, offering a view of conservation land beyond the community - a beautiful, peaceful and private setting after busy days out.
